Owen Hutchinson

Owen is the Owner of Ebb&Flow and SoulSpace Academy, with over 20 years of experience as a Pilates educator, mentor and studio owner. Known for his energetic teaching style and deep understanding of biomechanics, Owen’s approach blends movement, breath and mindful practice to help clients build strength, stability and connection.

Pippa Travers

Pippa Travers is a highly experienced Pilates educator, mentor and industry leader with over 20 years in the movement space. Known for combining deep anatomical knowledge with a warm, intuitive teaching style, Pippa is passionate about empowering instructors to teach with confidence, authenticity and purpose.

Julee Yew-Crijns

Julee has been practising yoga for almost 25 years and teaching full-time since 2007. Known for her deep knowledge of Vinyasa and her grounding in Hatha, she has taught internationally and mentored hundreds of students on their teaching journey. Guided by her long-time mentor Simon Park, Julee brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and authenticity to every training, creating a space where students can grow in both confidence and curiosity.

Gregory Angell

Gregory has been practising yoga for nearly 25 years and teaching full-time for 17. With thousands of classes taught and training across multiple traditions — including Sivananda, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Jivamukti — he has developed Bhānumati Yoga, his own unique approach blending discipline, devotion, and heart. His teaching is grounded, accessible, and rooted in the belief that yoga is a lifelong practice of service and joy.

Tracey Reilly

Outside the studio, Tracey is a dedicated runner and wellbeing practitioner with experience completing marathons, half marathons and Hyrox competitions. Alongside her movement teaching, she is trained in Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology and Mayan Abdominal Massage, bringing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Simona Mill

Simona is a Yoga and Pilates teacher, Reiki Master, and Sound Healer passionate about creating supportive spaces for movement, healing, and self-connection. Blending mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, Pilates, Reiki, and sound healing, her approach focuses on nurturing the body, mind, and energy together. Her classes are grounding, accessible, and designed to help students build strength, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves.

Karen Aspinal

Karen is a movement educator with a background in fitness and dance, bringing energy and precision to every class. With years of experience in Barre and functional movement, she blends strength, mobility, and alignment to create dynamic, empowering classes. At Soulspace, she leads Barre teacher training with a focus on clear technique and supportive mentorship.

Amelia Key

Amelia is a Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates teacher with a passion for helping others move well and feel their best. Drawing on years of training across multiple disciplines, she combines strong technical knowledge with a supportive, encouraging teaching style. Alongside her work as a movement teacher, Amelia is also a primary school teacher, bringing patience, adaptability and a love of learning to everything she does.
