Each of our trainers is highly skilled and has many years of practice and knowledge to draw on, developing their own programmes, resulting in a highly specialised programme that will provide you with unique insights into the world of teaching.

Our training centre has developed over several years of running a popular and well respected studio, so we know what it takes to create exceptional teachers and structure quality classes that students will love and keep coming back to! Woven into each training is the idea of The Business of Yoga & Pilates; helping future instructors understand how to effectively market themselves and build a strong community through the classes they teach, whether through a studio or not.

Much like our studio, our training programmes are intimate, with a maximum of 20 people enrolled onto any one course (in some cases this number will be reduced to 16 students; it is course and instructor dependant). We know from experience that this gives our students and instructors a much better personal connection, both in terms of support throughout the course of training and when it comes to mentoring and peer support moving forwards.
