200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
With Simona & Julee
Where Craft Meets
Consciousness
A six-month immersion into the depth, intelligence, and embodiment of yoga. This training is designed for those who feel called to go beyond surface practice — to study yoga as both craft and consciousness. Whether you intend to teach or wish to deepen your own practice, this program offers a rigorous and supportive exploration of the whole system.
A Training Rooted in Devotion to the Craft
Led by Julee and Simi, this 200-hour immersion brings together:
Precision and intuition
Structure and sensitivity
Strength and discernment
Together, they guide you through an integrated approach to practice; one that honours physical intelligence, philosophical depth, and the relational responsibility of teaching.
The training will shine a light on why things work in a yoga class..
How sequencing creates experience
How philosophy informs presence
How embodiment shapes leadership
The Alchemy of Practice
During this training, you will explore the integration of solar and lunar aspects of Hatha Yoga and through your embodiment, understand that strength refines sensitivity, discover that inquiry deepens intuition and uncover that discipline supports devotion
Through asana labs, sequencing labs, philosophy study, anatomy, mentoring, and applied teaching practice, you will experience yoga as living alchemy and graduate with knowledge transformed into lived experience.
This is a space where the work moves through your body into your language, your listening and your leadership and knowledge becomes embodied

We hear this a lot and it’s totally normal to feel fearful of signing up to a yoga teacher training - let’s be honest it is a big leap for many of us! Your yoga practice is nothing to stress about. We have students of all levels and all walks of life join us for our trainings; many students join for different reasons, each one just as valid as the next.
What we can tell you is yoga is not about touching your toes; it’s what you learn on the way down. You don’t need to be strong or flexible. You just need to have the willingness to learn about the practice, invest the time in yourself and we promise you’ll find a different kind of flexibility and strength on the other side!
It’s not so much about how much preparation goes into your practice before the training, it’s more about making the space during the training for you to absorb as much as possible and to be consistent and dedicated in your approach. That way you really get the most out of your teacher training experience and learn to be truly present in all you do both on and off the mat. This is just the beginning of your journey and we’ve got your back!

Through passion & connection we create a strong graduate community
Inclusion: yoga for all, the ‘pose’ is not the goal, and everyone is welcome
Meditation: a vital experience for all teachers on this training
The opportunity to observe and assist in classes at the Ebb&Flow studio
