Barre Teacher Training

Continued Professional Development

Designed for movement professionals and practitioners looking to expand their teaching practice, this 40-hour Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme offers a more mindful and anatomically informed approach to Barre training.

Led by Karen, the programme combines strength, mobility, posture, sequencing, and embodied movement with a deeper understanding of alignment, nervous system awareness, and sustainable teaching practices. Students are encouraged to move beyond purely aesthetic or performance-led approaches toward a more intelligent, supportive, and responsive way of teaching Barre.
