5-Month Yoga Teacher Training
Are you looking for a new direction?
200HR Yoga Teacher Training.
Learn how to teach in a way that has nothing to do with what you can or cannot do, because the essence of yoga is to empower; this has nothing to do with our ability to perform yoga poses, but rather your ability to deliver your presence.
Presence is the way you speak to every student in the room and hold space for everyone, such that makes them feel seen and encourages them to step into their full potential, both on and off the mat.
Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training package includes:
All course materials and training fees (i.e. no extra costs!)
A lululemon yoga mat, plus a block and a strap to keep!
You can enjoy 20 matwork sessions at our studio as part of your training package
Fully catered training days; fuel yourself with nutritious ayurvedic homemade fare, alongside a selection of teas and fresh coffee
PLUS access to our unique Student Teacher Programme; the opportunity to teach classes at the Ebb&Flow studio as soon as you've graduated from the course!

Discover a career you can adapt to suit your lifestyle…
Vinyasa is at the very heart of this 5-month teacher training training, allowing you to qualify as a versatile and confident teacher, with numerous sequences at your disposal and a 200HR certification (the most widely recognised yoga certification).
Julee Yew Crjins has been practising yoga for almost 25 years and has taught yoga full time since 2007. Over the past 10 years, Julee has been an assistant on Simon Park’s (noted by Yoga Journal as "one of the most influential and gifted yoga teachers of the next generation”) teacher trainings, been invited to teach on several teacher trainings in the UK, Malaysia, Sweden & Netherlands, and started a Vinyasa Training and mentoring programme that she has loved facilitating.
A founding director of our studio for many years, she is the ideal lead trainer on this programme, which she has created and curated to show you how to deliver your presence; presence is the way you speak to every student in the room and hold space for everyone, such that makes them feel seen and encourages them to step into their full potential, both on and off the mat.
This syllabus has been designed to serve you, no matter your skill.
“I understand this will be your first step towards this lifelong path and I have witnessed how overwhelming it can be. For this reason, this training will be broken down in a way that will serve where you are on the path right now.”

We hear this a lot and it’s totally normal to feel fearful of signing up to a yoga teacher training - let’s be honest it is a big leap for many of us! Your yoga practice is nothing to stress about. We have students of all levels and all walks of life join us for our trainings; many students join for different reasons, each one just as valid as the next.
What we can tell you is yoga is not about touching your toes; it’s what you learn on the way down. You don’t need to be strong or flexible. You just need to have the willingness to learn about the practice, invest the time in yourself and we promise you’ll find a different kind of flexibility and strength on the other side!
It’s not so much about how much preparation goes into your practice before the training, it’s more about making the space during the training for you to absorb as much as possible and to be consistent and dedicated in your approach. That way you really get the most out of your teacher training experience and learn to be truly present in all you do both on and off the mat. This is just the beginning of your journey and we’ve got your back!

We don't enrol lots of students and are dedicated to small class sizes to offer each of you the best connection with your trainer. You will never be left alone with your text books either because this course has over 160 hours of contact and we prioritise:
Small and intimate class sizes
Strong focus on teaching quality
Through passion & connection we create a strong graduate community
Inclusion: yoga for all, the ‘pose’ is not the goal, and everyone is welcome
Meditation: an essential experience for all teachers on this training
The opportunity to observe and assist in classes at the Ebb&Flow studio

You will receive study work at the end of each session. The recommended hours of study outside of the assigned weekends are 2-3 hours per week / 20-30 mins per day, practising the yoga postures, meditation and pranayama (breathwork).
If you have any learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, please do get in touch with us as we have had many students already attain their teaching qualification by creating work arounds that suit their situation.
